TOUR A :
Victorian Gardens, Character Homes and Seaside Vistas
Experience Victoria’s most charming neighbourhood and
showpiece park and gardens. We pass through tree-lined streets
dotted with century old heritage homes. Travel along the coast
and enjoy views of the ocean and glacial topped mountains.
Then roll into Beacon Hill Park, home to over 25,000 flowers,
an original oak forest, eagle’s nests, lakes and rolling
meadows that are blanketed with wild spring flowers.
Some will think you have returned
to old England as we cross a medieval arched bridge. A side
trip can be made to Fisherman’s Wharf, home to the
funky houseboat community and an opportunity to feed wild
harbour seals.
Price: $45.00 per person. Length:
90 minutes
TOUR B : Craigdarroch Castle, Lt. Governor’s Estate
and Gardens, Churches and Character Homes
An old Scottish Baronial castle
sits atop Victoria’s highest point. Built in the late
1880’s for a wealthy coal baron, this castle displays
the opulence of the late Victorian age. The castle is perched
next to the Lt. Governor’s grounds where Queen Elizabeth
has stayed during her visits to Victoria. The gardens are
remarkable; offering mountain views, Japanese garden, Rhododendrons,
classic English rose garden, and a myriad of West Coast garden
scenes.

TOUR C : Old Town/China Town and Victoria’s Hidden
Alleys
History and beautiful architecture
are featured on this tour. From First Nations to stern British
Colonists, rugged Klondikers, to hardy Chinese immigrants,
Victoria has seen them all. We will entertain with a few ghost
stories as we pass Victorian shops that have been in business
for over 100 years.
The downtown flavour will come
in the shape of street performers, fine chocolate, first
class cigars, and opium dens and gambling halls of the past.
Victoria has some wonderful hidden secrets which you will
learn as we roll through the streets and alleys.
Price: $35.00 per person Length:
just over 1 hour
