"Andrew, we had the pleasure of meeting you when you met Ian to check on his tire on Saturday prior to our tour with him. It really impressed us when you interrupted your date with your wife to check on a safety issue. We just wanted to let you know how wonderful Ian was. He really worked hard to get us to the castle before closing. We then proceeded to the Queen’s Gardens for a quick look around before sunset. Onto the coast where the British landed and a quick tour through the parks on our return to the cruise ship. Ian was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the buildings. He took us through some quiet neighbourhoods which was extremely relaxing. We felt like we had a long time friend not just a tour guide."

"It was a beautiful, sunny afternoon when we spotted this nice young man (Ryan) with the pedicab. My two sisters and myself climbed aboard the double cab and began the most delightful tour of China Town. He even stopped at a Chocolate Shop and came out with a treat for all of us.  He (Ryan) showed and told us about the area and was a great tour guide–very courteous and polite.
